Hi! A couple of days ago out of nowhere my tv box has stopped working all together. No power no nothing! I’ve tried contacting technical help but are having “technical issues on their side of things”. I’m just wondering if there’s a simple way to get a replacement box? Everything was working fine until now. I’ve tried different plug sockets etc with no luck. Thanks.
