Youview box with a mind of it own

My youview box is randomly shutting down, it works okay for a couple of hours then for no apparent reason the tv signal drops and the box restarts. I tried soft resetting the box via the front buttons but it had no effect so I did a full reset but it's still happening.

The box is only about a month old...

Yes the factory reset was done using the youview menu option
