Youview plus box broken

Hi, my youviewplusbox will not find the router. Have done all checks, factory reset, router is fine for other devices. Just freezes on the find router page. As i have reset now have noiaccess to any television at all. Need new box, how do I get one?

Is the TV Box connected directly with a cable or are you using powerline adapters ?

We have now bought new Smart TV so no longer want to receive or pay for taltalk television or replace broken box. How do i remove TV from my subsciption?

Want to keep landline and broadband package.
