hi, my new bill has just arrived and gone up. apparently my entertainment and kids boosts are about to end. i have tried to remove them both and get to the last click to apply the removal and just get taken to an error page? i have been trying for hrs and everytime same outcame and theyr still showing in my package. any help appreciated.
