cant record or watch recorded content

my box wont record anymore even though it says it's recording,comes up as failed to record when i check also, i can't watch anything i've recorded, when it did record only two lights(1st & 3rd) show and it often loses signal or switches off even though my b/band connection is good.

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset - choose the required option to keep recordings.

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.

 

See if the box performance improves after this.
