ho do i get a new box

 hello how do i get a new box the YouView box keeps crashing in the middle of watching live telly. or when recording something. or just doesnt turn on or if does it wont work The screen goes black and you can not change channel or do anything .the buttons dont work on the box anymore  Sometimes we can get the guide to work  and when it does you cant select a new channel it doesn’t change over.   have done factory reset few times which isnt helping  been going on for few months now really think box has had it any help please

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
