huawei box failure

I have had my  Huawei youview box for quite a time and it appears to have given up on me.

It has taken itself into maintenance mode and I have tried all the available options, but none have worked and the box just comes back to maintenance mode.

 

I think I probably need a new box, but am happy to try any suggestions first, if anyone has any ideas?
