heres an idea knock the new £4 charge for the tv service on the head you are going to loose customers by the thousands as soon as the contracts are up they will leave bit of a shot in the foot i would say
Other providers also make an initial base charge for TV that is more.
I think most customers will look at the overall cost of the total package based on their requirements and weigh this up against competitors rather than focusing on one aspect of a service.
