new talk talk tv so slow

We installed our new talk talk tv plus box type D3272T great picture but when pressing remote to change channels or any other request it is so slow sometimes taking up to 1 min to just change a channel or pause a programme. When using the TV guide to check channels scrolling down took us 45 mins to get to channel 35. We looked at various forums on here and so did the factory reset but to no avail.

Internet appears ok (at the moment) but after having virgin at our last house we are very dissapointed with the talk talk tv and expected better can you offer any help or assistance as we only have 12 days before we will be unable to cancel our contract

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

Can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset 


Set the TV Box back up and see if performance improves.
