We have a very old Huawei DN370T box, which regularly crashes, loses channels ( 16 yesterday) spontaneously while we are watching, cancels programmed recordings, pixillates... the list goes on.
It also tells us Now TV is no longer supported. (would a new box support Now TV or is this a contractual matter?)
We phone your support line whenever we have a few hours to spare. Retuning and other suggestions never change anything. Often the call centre simply disconnects after several hours, and never rings back to reestablish the connection.
Last time they told us we have the very latest model, but I have learned from the forum that is not true. Would you please send me a new up to date box. We have been customers for many years and clearly this box is ready for the scrapheap. Many thanks, Martina
