poweline adapters not working

Hi. 1 of my Powerline adapter has stopped working and is now displaying no lights. Have tried all of the steps to fix the issue and also tried different plug sockets but the whole thing seems to be broken and doesn't light up.

Does anyone know how I can get this sorted?
