i have tried and failed to keep my talktalk broadband but remove talktalk tv by calling customer service. they say yes they will emove it but it still appears on my bill
does anyone know the best way to do this rather then go threw the call centre again.
I have known the OCEs remove it - hopefully they will do this for you, @steven221977. They will need to identify your account.
They will need you to complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.
It can take a few days to get a reply.
