youveiw box freezing,not recording and more.

For the last week my box has had so many problems, it freezes and the only way to carry on watching is to turn it on and off at the back. It either doesnt record at all or only partially records, its deleted all my recordings yet says there is 0% available. Some days it wont let me watch my boost chanells saying im not subscribed. I eventually gave up and did a full factory reset, this hasnt helped in the slightest if anything its got worse. If i need to pause it, it either freezes or stops pausing after a few mins and i either have to turn it on and off again or it wont let me rewind back to where i was anyway. Ive had this box since i first joined must be coning on to 7 years i reckon. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

i would think the oce on here will send out a replacement one for free u might have to send the old one back just so u do not get charged for it.

 

mine got to a thing like that and they sent a replacement out.

 

Should get a reply next week they do not work weekends any more

 

A bite of info of Forum:
The forum is not real-time 24/7 support, so depending on how busy they are & how many are working at any one time, this can take 24 - 48 hrs (excluding weekends & limited cover on Bank Holidays). This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:- Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
