youview box not recording

Hi any OCE, can anyone help.

 

I have had problems with my recording on my youview box. I phoned Talktalk helpline on Tuesday 25th July and after being passed from one person to another and then having to ring back again, I was promised a replacement box would be sent and that  I should receive it in the next couple of days. Unfortunately this has not arrived. Could you please look into this and let me know when my box will be arriving.

I have escalated this to OCE support for you. Could you please ensure that your Community Profile is up to date and includes your phone number as they will need this to identify your account.
