DHP-W610AV needs frequent reboot

DHP-W610AV needs frequent reboot. More-less every day.  Normal operation provides reasonable connection over the power network with ping delay 3 - 5 ms. Unfortunately this plunges down suddenly to variable 100 - 300 ms. This results in very slow, unresponsive connection to internet and poor stuttering streaming within home network.Reboot instantly restores correct operation. But whole thing becomes laughing stock.

Any hints what might help?

As @hosay299 has said, could you re-post on either the TV or Broadband sections of the forum as this is a rarely monitored section and is unlikely to be seen by an OCE, I can't even escalate it for you from here.

 

IMPORTANT !!!!!!

Could you please ensure that your community profile includes your PHONE NUMBER as OCE's will need this to tie up your screen name to your account. (click on your avatar to view the information > Settings > Launch Profile Wizard,put your phone number in box, then scroll to the bottom of page and click save)
