Had a recent fibre upgrade with an eero
Since day 1 had nothing but issues with our youview boxes
Was told youview would still work on apps etc
1 youview box wired direct to ero and other wired to powerline adaptor and used in next room
Both work for a few hours then won't connect to Internet.
I've bought all New network cables and even new powerline adapters and back to this again
So far big regret changing to this eero as getting good download speeds but signal is no better in our house at all
Tried online chat to be told they don't do fibre queries and number the chat gave me to call can never get through

Before trying anything please contact the Future Fibre team available from 9am tomorrow.
There's a Chat button at the bottom of the Future Fibre Support Hub page. Please do come back and confirm if I got that right. Or if there's something they can set up at their end. Usually, the TV box requires Multicast to be active.

I did ask when they called me if boxes would work with apps etc and was told they would
Boxes connected there for 8 minutes and then have disconnected themselves
