Good morning, newbie here and not techy at all. I have spoken to the helplines and they cannot answer me. On two particular sites I use i am getting messages 400 and 401 so am not abl;e to access them. I have been told to disable my scam protection (which I ahve done) I have deleted my browsing and cache and still getting the messages. I spoke to a friend last night and she was able to access my accounts on her EE account so I believe it is something to do with Talk Talk. Can anyone help please

Scam protection will usually prevent websites such as Team Viewer and other remote control software from being used. When you say you have disabled Sam protection, did you call in to have this done ?
Also, if you log into My Account you can check if things like Kids Safe are active etc.
