I am unable to download my emails to my iPhone when it is not connected to Wi-Fi, ?

I cannot download my emails to my iPhone when not connected to Wi-Fi. I have tried reinstalling my details but it makes no difference, what do I need to do to rectify this ?

The TalkTalk Mail settings don't change when switching from Wi-Fi to Mobile Data. I assume you are talking about a TalkTalk Mail email account and you are switching on Mobile Data on your 'phone when out of the house?

Which mobile network are you connected to?
