I was just walking home, listening to music on my E1 D2005 and it had about 70% battery left. It just stopped working and will not now switch on at all. The computer does not recognise the USB when plugged in and I cannot use PC companion to repair this mobile as I normally do - I have had to repair this phone at least once a month ever since I first got it in September 2014 so I know well what I usually need to do. My contract is for 24 months. Is it worth me buying a new battery from Amazon? Or can I just turn up at carphone warehouse for it to be looked at? I was just on hold for ages waiting to be put through to the talktalk technical dept and I'm not sure they'd be able to help.
Yes I have done all of these steps - SIM works in another mobile.
Thanks for your reply.
You would then need to contact our Mobile Team using the Contact Us link in the help page. They can arrange for this to be looked into further.
