Old tiscali email account hacked

I wonder if anyone knows how I can close down our old tiscali email account as it has been hacked? I can’t access help via talk talk because we don’t have an account with them and the hacker has changed recovery details?

Late to the party, make sure you don't use that old password anymore.

You should able to loggin your talktalk MyAccount, in MyService Tab,

look for Manage TalkTalk Mail, if you can see  the mail.,delete it.

Since the hacker got it, then contact customer service.
