Super fibre bundle no response


I selected the Fibre 65 fixed price plan upgrade that featured a free Amazon tech pack gift. Whilst it took me to a page confirming my selection, I have seen no change to my account nor received any information on the Amazon gift. It does say I will revive the code up to 37 days after account change confirmation, but I’m still waiting for this confirmation. Does anyone know how long this takes?
This week I received an email stating that my account price will go up £2.50 from 1st July which is frustrating as I have changed to the fixed price around 20th May.

Please can someone tell me what’s going on?
