Hi for some time ihave been unable to connect  phones or tablets to my wifi,got a kindle fire at xmas and am unable to use it.When trying to connect, it displays ' authentication problem '.i have wasted several hours trying to solve this with TalkTalk

Some devices can trigger an AES encryption bug if the network name of the router (SSID), or its Wi-Fi password contain hyphen characters (-), or any other non alphanumeric characters. For more details please see my attached guide.
