If UFO is available at your new address we can place a new order for you. If UFO hasn't yet landed in your new area, we still have lots of other great plans to choose from.
No. We'll waive any early termination fees on your contract.
Unfortunately you won't be able to keep your phone number. Even if UFO is available at your new address, we'll have to place a new order which means you'll be given a new landline number.
Please leave everything as it is so the new resident is ready for UFO when they move in. If the new resident doesn't want UFO we'll remove the equipment for them.
