UFO Homeport lights guide

The lights on your UFO Homeport can tell you what's wrong if you're having problems with your connection.

Light Status Description
1 - TEL Green      Your phone service is registered on the UFO network.
Flashing green A telephone call is taking place.
Off Your phone service isn't registered on the network.
2 - LAN Green Data is being sent through the Ethernet cable connected to your Homeport and Super Router.
Off The Ethernet cable may have become loose. Check that it's still plugged securely into the red WAN port on your Super Router.
3 - LOS Green You're getting a successful UFO connection.
Red You're not getting a connection.
4 - PON Off Your Homeport is registered on the UFO network.
Flashing green Your Homeport isn't registered correctly.
5 - POWER Green Your Homeport is switched on.
Off Your Homeport isn't getting any power. Make sure the power supply is plugged into a wall socket and switched on.
6 - STATUS Green Your Homeport's battery is charging.
Off Your Homeport may have a faulty battery.
7 - FAULT Green  Your Homeport is working normally.
Red Your Homeport may have a faulty battery.
8 - CHG/DISCHG Off Your Homeport is working normally.
Amber Your Homeport's battery is charging.
