Your UFO engineer appointment

Our UFO engineers can assist you with anything from installing your services to fixing a fault. Appointments are available between 7am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and we recommend that you block out an entire morning or afternoon for your appointment because engineer arrival times can vary. 

We've introduced some precautionary measures for our UFO engineers in response to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) which may affect your appointment. More information.

You can book your installation appointment when you sign up for UFO. 


No, you won't be charged for a UFO engineer appointment.


If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know before 12 noon the day before the appointment.


  • Someone who is over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the engineer visit.
  • If you don't own your home, it's important that you check with your landlord or freeholder to make sure we're OK to go ahead with the installation.
  • We may be unable to amend your appointment if you contact us after 12 noon the day before your appointment.
