So everything is in place in my local area to get 900mbps installed at my home. I've checked with Openreach who say it's possible. I've also checked with other suppliers (BT, Voda, Sky) to name but three, who all say it's possible. How come TT, on entering my info (https://www.talktalk.co.uk/shop/ufo/broadband?mml=Fibre_Broadband%7CUltra_Fibre_Optic%7C9&awc=3674_1...) it says it's not possible? You're going to loose a lot of customers if you're not careful.
Please see below a screen grab of your site:

TT only offer a maximum of 500 Mbps on the Future Fibre - Data Only offering over the Openreach network.
The service is not symmetrical and offers uploads of 75 Mbps.

That link that you have used is for the TalkTalk UFO service that doesn't use Openreach at all. It is only currently available in York and a few more cities. I presume the link you need is https://www.talktalk.co.uk/shop/broadband though I can't say for 100% as I've got UFO.
