can someone point me in the right direction because i received my code but it doesn’t work it keeps saying my code is invalid. it says the code should be 14-15 characters long and mine is 16....

The issue has now been identified and you should receive an email with a new code by the end of today.

No, but i'm new to the community and couldn't find a topic area to fit. Hence why i went with email, as the basis is an email received.
