im trying to get a hold of someone to talk about my contract renewal. I clicked to renew on another 18 month contract and this seems to have been ignored so I’m now out of contract and paying more.

Hi 

thanks for responding. Can I check that number? I’ve attempted to call at least 5 time and I just hear music and no one seems to answer at all when hold for a considerable time. There doesn’t appear to be an updates/queue information etc.
