Dropping Connection

For the past week my super router has been dropping both WiFi and wired connections.  If I turn it off and on the problem is fixed for a while but it always reoccurs.  I have done a factory re-set but the issue still comes back.  All the lights are green on the wall unit.

 

Because the wired connection drops out as well as the WiFi connections, does this point to a faulty router?

Ah, if you have UFO then you're in the wrong place I'm afraid, I have moved your topic accordingly.

I rang your help line yesterday and they checked my fibre connection which was fine.  On their suggestion I did a factory re-set which sorted things until today when it happened again.

 

Yes I have tried a different Cable from the UFO box to the router.

Have you got another Ethernet cable you can use to connect the WAN port on the router to the LAN port on the modem? Subject to that this has been flagged up to the support team for you.
