Faulty router

My talktalk router has stopped working. I have tried plugging it into different sockets, I have even changed the power adapter as well.

 

Still not switching on... no light and no noise.

 

Also tried resetting and nothing no power. 

 

HELP as I don't have Internet.

Small question is there a cost? I'm not sure what happened to the router it just stopped working so I'm hoping it is a free replacement
