Hi I recently upgraded with the offer of a free gift. Since upgrading I have heard nothing on how to claim it or any code. I am wanting to get the Amazon dot. Any help please

I have got the same problem as these people. Signed up in May for fibre  35+ with free gift and have heard nothing. Can you look at this for me please?

Hi I also have the same problem I was meant to get an Amazon voucher within 90 days of my service being activated it’s been more than 90 days and I haven’t received it ? Can you help
