I went live with TalkTalk a month ago, I was told I'd receive an E-Mail with my account details etc within 2 weeks but this hasn't happened. Every time I ring up I get the same "It'll be with you 2 weeks after going live" which obviously hasn't happened.
I know TalkTalk staff reply to users on here after around 48 hours during the week. Is there any way one of them can match my IP to my account details and send me my account number in a message? I can't sign up for a "My Account" without it. I have updated my profile on here with my FTTP order number as well, not sure if that will help

@Eetwont Flush, support appears to be rather patchy for the FTTP services, i.e. Chat hours are not as extensive:
My colleague @KrystalineD has experience of getting this installed and the My Account issues that go with it.
Hopefully she will be able to offer you some support.
TT staff are back on here from Monday to Friday.
