Having major glitches for over 4 weeks now, causing big issues with work

Hi,

 

I am having major lag issues when working.

 

I have run a traceroute on my mac as suggested on the talktalk website and it is showing part 5&6 of the 15 stage route as not working.

 

I have also run the same on pingplotter and it is showing 100% packet loss on parts 5&6 of the route, this has been consistently like this for 4 weeks now.

 

My router firmware is

TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub
version SG4K10002816t

 

I am using a wired connection to the router.

 

I have attached images of the traceroute and pingplotter if helpful?

Could somebody advise please?
