We suddenly have no sound when watching the TV through the TalkTalk box. We have sound when watching on the Firestick so I know it is not the TV. I have turned it on and off again and also tried to get the Maintenance screen but nothing happens.

In the settings on the Youview box, try changing the sound between stereo and surround sound and see if anything changes. - Also, check HDMI cable seated correctly at both ends, and not worked loose a little.
