Dear UFO community,
There has been an incidence on the network which has resulted in outage of service to all UFO customers in York.
Our Engineers are on the way and will there be in York today by 6 pm. We shall keep you posted on the status.
We sincerely apologize for the issue and and working on getting it resolved.

Valuable comment, we are looking at how we can mange such incidents efficitevly in the future and have taken your suggestion into account. Challenge we have is if customer's marketing preference are not there or customer has opted out, we will get constrained.

Cheers for the update on this.. however.. without being able to get online at the time how were we supposed to know this valuable nugget of information? 😉
Could a text message explaining this to customers not be sent instead (of course if the customer opted in to recieve such service status messages..)
