Recent interruption to UFO service

Dear UFO community,

 

Sorry if you had problems with UFO at the weekend.

Some UFO customers may have experienced an interruption to their service at the weekend, for which we want to apologise.

As soon as the issue occurred on Saturday afternoon, an automatic alarm was triggered in our systems. This meant our engineers were able to start fixing the problem straightaway and restore UFO services as quickly as possible.

Obviously we are very disappointed that the service stopped working briefly. However, we have found the cause of the problem, and updated our procedures as a result. We are confident that we won’t have a similar situation in the future.

All UFO services are now working normally.
