My contract is due for renewal at the end of the month.
Clicking on view recontract details just gives information on Now TV.
Live chat is not working so how do I get in touch to see if we can sort out a deal.

Finally, after another 10 minutes I got put through to a nice chap called Ashley. He was very apologetic and has sorted out my renewal.
Lets hope it is easier in 18 months time as I may not have 90 minutes to waste!

Finally got on Live Chat this morning spending 40 minutes talking to someone who did not understand I am a UFO customer. they then transferred me and, 20 minutes later, still waiting.
Customer service has got worse.
