I'm seeing lots of people that have received their email with invalid codes, I haven't even received an email, and yes, I check my spam folders. Would be nice to know what's going on TalkTalk - to be honest, this was the only reason I renewed my contract with you and if the offer is not received soon I will start looking elsewhere.

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

I had an email with no code. Queried it abs was told they have 37 days to sort it. Makes me suspicious tbh
