Have been having issues with devices on and off. Tried to do a Service Status Check ( myaccount>service status check>) and it brought up my neighbours telephone number and not mine! I could see all their devices and also my own laptop - I do not have the password to my neighbours router or account so no idea how this security breach can happen?

Service Centre authenticates based off your broadband connection. Whilst I appreciate that you commented that you don't have your neighbours password what you've described would happen if you used a device to access service centre that was connected to someone else's wifi. Is this still happening? If so can you provide a screenshot on the reply to the PM I am sending you. Do you also see the same or different when logging into My Account and then accessing Service Centre.
