Hi I’m having poor performance connecting to my office via Sonicwall NetExtender VPN. This used to work OK using Sonicwall global VPN but my company no longer uses this as they wanted to use a VPN with SSL.
Speed wise I am currently seeing 11ms ping, 36Mbps down, 8.5up at home. This was sufficient with the previous VPN.
I get bad latency meaning I can’t control my CAD model due to the delay between moving the mouse and something happening.
Other than this Forum how the heck do you get hold of support these days?

Yes this router was no problem with the previous VPN. It is working okay for normal use.
The new one uses SSL but works fine with my laptop on a different network (albeit a faster one). When connecting to my office CAD PC I struggle to manipulate the model due to the graphical latency. Sometimes the screen will freeze for a few seconds making it impossible to control the mouse.
