Hi, a couple of months ago I got a sales call about upgrading to UFO, I was offered it at £22. I declined at the time but now I would like to upgrade. I've tried the upgrade section in my account & also tried this shop link for UFO but it said the following;
"Sorry, our line check shows you aren't able to upgrade to the selected TalkTalk package."
I made a call to the call centre a couple of weeks back and they didn't know anything about me being offered it. And said the maximum was the 500 package.
I was reading about UFO and it said somewhere that getting the package is subject to acceptance. How do I go about getting accepted to upgrade, when I should have when I was offered it.

@Echoman333 UFO is NOT the same as Future Fibre !
UFO is only available in York and a few other selected areas.
