When trying to access 'My Services' on the talktalk website I get these errors:
When I first got the broadband, the website didn't allow me to access, so I reported it. I wanted to activate some calling features so the support guy did this and said he would get me access to the website. I got access to the website but I wasn't allowed to change anything. See attached pictures. So I called support again and he told me, 'it was stuck' and he would,'elevate the problem' to a higher level. Well it's the 3rd week and I still don't have Caller Display and I still don't have access to change stuff.
