Hello, I was due to receive a call back 2 days ago regarding upgrading my service ,I haven`t received a call back yet, the speeds being offered to me were significantly higher and faster, I`m disappointed Reina did not call back to finalise this deal as agreed to call me back at 4pm. Could someone call me back please? I also need my new router I have still not received. Thankyou, this is a big issue as my speeds have halved before this call. 4mb upload speed.
