Cloud check dropping connection speed

Hi all, banging my head against a brick wall ringing support. Since my UFO was installed 4-5 weeks ago, it’s been rubbish. Constant dropping of speeds. When I ring up all I get is give it 10 days to allow the optimisation of cloud check. This is clearly the problem as everything is good then bang, speed is slower than 4G (we all actually switch to that!).

 Does anyone know how to turn the cloud check off. I’m happy to change my own channel and find the best one. Many thanks, Jonathon
