Installation failure

Had engineer booked for last Saturday to install ufo- it was cancelled and moved to Wednesday(the day my old contract with virgin ran out!).. engineer cane and couldn’t install due to fault down the line.

ive made multiple calls to UFO to get it fixed- call centre useless.. last chap was supposed to call back Friday to update me- nothing!!

so I’ve now got no broadband or phone line..

anyone else had this issue??

im going to cancel if this isn’t fixed..
