I have called and messaged about moving home and no one has answered my calls or replied to my message. After nit getting anywhere, I gave notice 10 days ago.
I messaged on 10th May to give the required 14 days notice to end my account as I am having to move back in with my parents due to unforseen circumstances. My contract is 18 months and started about 12 months ago. I appreciate there may be a termination charge, but at this moment I am worried that who ever moves into my flat will get my Internet, whilst I pay for it! Please someone reply!
