Ok, maybe this is more of an account issue but after 3 chats no one understands how to help?
I went on to UFO 2nd week in December from the Talktalk faster fibre contract. I recently received an email stating my email address isn't associated to any broadband contract so unless I sign up to Mail plus (chargeable) I will only have read only access.
Sure enough, when I log into 'My account' and under 'Manage my Talktalk mail' I have a yellow warning which states my email addresses are not connected to any broadband account.
So to me, when the contract was upgraded, my email addresses weren't carried across. This morning I've had 3 chats and no one has really understood what the situation is. I keep getting links sent to me to log into my account from which there is nothing I can do. Anyone any ideas who can resolve this?
