Am quite disappointed with ur engineering team. Was booked for an engineer appointment on 27th and they never showed up nor got back to me. I don't know if they will be showing up on Monday but really don't want their visit again for now till about 3 weeks time.
Am a new subscriber & my WiFi couldn't connect to the internet on installation.
Kindly alert ur engineering team I won't be needing their visit to my apartment until about 21days from now.
Also, when will my subscription start reading since I haven't been able to connect to the internet? I hope it will be after the issue is been fixed when they eventually come by?

I'm really sorry to hear this. Do you currently have a dial tone? I've completed a radius resync from here to see if this helps. Could you switch the router off for a full 30 minutes please and let us know if you are now able to connect.
