I have complained in various places and was advised to try here. My issues are detailed in the attached doc. I'm meant to be getting a call back today but not holding my breath.

I have rung repeatedly. Have you read the doc I attached. I want to escalate this please because I am not getting the service I'm paying for. Still. It has been weeks now.
