UFO - Moving Home

Hi, tried speaking to customer services about moving home and 3 different people later had no joy so posting on here...

 

We move house in a week to a new build which has no cable installed so by my reckoning we cant transfer our broadband over and need to cancel our contract. (Have had to do same with TV package). How can I go about getting this done? Realise it's quite late but only got the date to move this week.

You might need to pay a fee to end the contract but im only a member so thats the best I can do
